Our year 2024
Lahden Talot Group’s financial performance in 2024 was good and in line with the budget. We continued our strategy of strong, resident-led development of our property portfolio by building new and renovating existing housing stock. In our sustainability work, we focused in particular on customer satisfaction, reducing emissions from housing, developing staff skills and supporting local employment.

Lahden Talot in brief
We are the largest landlord in the Lahti region. We rent, own, maintain and build high quality but comfortably priced homes. We have over 7,000 apartments, offering comfortable options for those who love the pulse of the city as well as those who love quiet areas. Responsible action is a matter close to our hearts.
