We are the largest landlord in the Lahti region. We rent, own, maintain and build high quality but comfortably priced homes. The Lahden Talot Group is the second largest company in the City of Lahti.
With over 7 000 apartments, we have comfortable options for those who love the hustle and bustle of the city as well as those who love quiet areas. Responsible action is a matter close to our hearts. We are constantly and actively working together with our residents to promote energy-efficient housing.
We employ 36 professionals in customer service, property maintenance, construction and financial management. In addition, our service provider partners employ around 330 people.

History
Our company started its operations in 1998, when the real estate companies owned by the City of Lahti were merged into a new company. In 2007, the company became the Lahden Talot Group.
Ownership and subsidiaries
The parent company of the Lahden Talot Group is Lahden Talot Oy, which is wholly owned by the City of Lahti. It has two subsidiaries, Lahden Asunnot Oy and Lahden Palveluasunnot Oy.
Lahden Talot Oy owns the Group’s unrestricted, market-based real estate portfolio and employs the Group’s staff.
Public benefit company
Lahden Asunnot Oy is a public benefit company within the meaning of the legislation on public housing, and owns the majority of the Group’s ARA housing stock and student housing. Lahden Palveluasunnot Oy is also a public benefit company. It owns service houses and special housing for special groups.
