Beautiful forest landscape
Nature offers a variety of beautiful sights in the Kerinkallio area in Liipola. From the top of Liipolamäki, you can dive straight into the forest, where the nature trails are easy to follow, but the terrain also offers opportunities to get fit. In the spring, a beautiful blue foxglove grows on the western edge of the Huovilanmäki woodland ridge around Mother’s Day.
A suitable trip to the campsite
If you want to venture a little further afield, the Härkämäki hut a few kilometres away is a nice place to go. It’s a great place to grill sausages and other delicacies!

The Liipolanmäki play area is one of the best playgrounds in Lahti. The trees surrounding the play area provide shade on a hot summer’s day and bring nature into the children’s play in a wonderful way. Laune Family Park, a dream for all families, is also located nearby.
