The three apartment buildings we own at the end of a cul-de-sac form a quiet residential area next to the stunning shore landscape of the Niemi area. The shores of Lake Vesijärvi, the jogging trails in the Ankkurin rantapuisto park and the beach are practically next door, and the Niemi Campus on the other side of the buildings is only a few hundred meters away. Everyday life is made easier by the local convenience store, and there is also a daycare center and school nearby. For more extensive shopping needs, there is the Prisma hypermarket in the Holma area, and the shops in the city center are only two kilometers away from Kaarlonkatu.
