Our rent control team will help you with your questions about rent payment. Please note that payments will only be visible to us a few banking days after payment. Please also make sure that you have used the correct reference number for your payment. If your rent payment is late, please contact us if your payment date extends beyond the 15th of the month.

Delay in rent payments?

Lahden Talot residents have access to personal guidance and advice on housing and especially on rent payments. Together, we can work out how to deal with any rent arrears or other housing-related issues you may have.

The housing advisors are also available at the Trio Shopping Centre Service Centre without an appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-15.
