Residental activities

Residential community

Residents’ activities help tenants form a community, to advocate for themselves, their homes and their living environment. The activities offer ways to work together to improve tenants’ living comfort and quality. Many buildings also hold events for residents. They increase residents’ involvement and interest in their own housing, their living environment and the condition of the properties they live in. They also increase collaboration between residents and lessors.

Residents board

Resident democracy offers tenants an opportunity to have a say in matters related to their own building. The goal is to make life more pleasant for tenants, improve housing-related communications and collaboration, and increase the tenants’ involvement on both the smaller and larger scale. Activities increase the involvement of residents in their housing and living environment. The members of the residents board are elected by vote.
