Thinking of moving out of your home? On this page you will find instructions on how to give notice on your home and access the notice form.

Be sure to terminate your lease early enough, i.e. as soon as you know you are moving into your new home. The period of notice will be calculated from the last day of the calendar month in which the notice is given. The notice period is one full calendar month. You can give notice by filling in the online notice form or by making an appointment at our office

After termination, we will send you exit instructions by email. Please read them carefully. We will carry out an inspection of the apartment within a few days after the termination from Mon-Fri 8.00-18.00. The exact date and time of the inspection will be stated in the exit instructions.

If you are unable to send us the notice form, please send your notice by email to asiakaspalvelu@lahdentalot.fi. Please include the address of the apartment you wish to vacate, your name, telephone number, the expiry date of the lease and your future address.
