We measure our carbon emissions by monitoring the electricity and heating consumption of our buildings. All our properties are connected to building automation and remote monitoring.
Reducing our emissions through concrete actions
Among other things, we have optimised the temperatures in our apartments and adjusted the heating and ventilation systems in our properties. We regularly give our residents good tips on how to reduce energy and water consumption and sort waste.
We also offer homes for bees
In the courtyards of our houses, we have beehives where they can nest in peace. In this way, we too are helping to save bees, whose numbers are in alarming decline.
Our homes stand the test of time
We choose only high-quality and durable materials for our homes. We also take good care of our older homes with basic renovations.
We build energy-efficient homes
All our new developments will be built as Energy Class A houses, which means that they will be as energy efficient as possible. We also carry out energy renovations on our older housing stock.
