We can provide you with the materials and tools to renovate your home.
However, this benefit does not apply to people living in a renovation or new build.

How do I terminate my tenancy?
The period of notice is calculated from the calendar month in which
the last day of the calendar month in which the notice is served.

Which home maintenance tasks belong to me and
