It is important to us that our homes are comfortable and safe. Please let us know if you notice any disturbances on the property.

We need a notification from at least two people living in different apartments. The landlord will take action under the Tenancy Act on receipt of the disturbance report.

Following a report from a resident, we are in contact with the person causing the disturbance. If the disturbance persists despite this contact, the disturbance report must be confirmed by a report from another occupant of the apartment.

The names and details of the notifiers will not be disclosed to the party causing the disturbance. However, we would like to remind you that, if necessary, the persons who reported the disturbance may be asked to act as witnesses in any legal proceedings relating to the termination of the tenancy agreement.
