Lahden Talot Group’s financial performance was good and in line with budget in 2024.

We continued to build on our strategy of strong, resident-led property development by building new and renovating the existing housing stock. Our Sustainability Report summarises the impacts, risks and opportunities related to the sustainability of Lahden Talojen in an open and transparent manner.
